Product feeding
Our company has been designing and implementing automated systems since 2010, with a focus on customized solutions. Based on our experience, the first step in any automated process is to transform unorganized material flow into controlled, directed material handling – in other words, to achieve precise product dosing.
The structured dosing of products from a disordered pile always presents a unique challenge, which is determined by the characteristics of the workpieces (shape, size, weight), the method of arrival (bulk, semi-ordered) and the parameters of the target material flow (direction, orientation, cycle time). Based on these factors, each system design requires unique engineering work.
In recent years, we have developed a number of proven, routine solutions, and we also frequently develop completely new systems for special requirements. Our experience ranges from traditional dosing with cycle times of a few seconds to the implementation of extremely fast systems with a performance of up to 0.1 seconds/piece.
We have extensive experience in the application of the following technologies:
