The registration of the first member of our corporate group, 4Sales Systems Ltd., has been completed. The founders brought extensive experience in IT project management and systems organization, particularly in the telecom sector. The initial focus was on developing IT systems to support sales activities.

The first employees have been hired. The company initially focused on IT project management and consulting. The first significant consulting and IT projects were completed in the Commercial, Insurance, and Energy sectors, as well as with local governments. Our first long-term partner in software development became the Webstar Group.

We took on significant responsibility in the execution of large-scale (10 million EUR+) IT projects, handling project management and consulting tasks in the areas of Tax Auditing, Treasury, and Customs.

We managed over 100 EU development projects for our clients, while continuously advancing in the field of custom IT systems. We were involved in the development of public records, as well as critical economic and healthcare systems. Our second long-term partner in software development became Sonrisa.

We acquired the second major company in our group, Gép és Gépelem Kft, and began expanding into the manufacturing and automation markets.

We have discontinued our EU grant business in order to fully focus on the development of custom IT systems and automation projects.



ASH Kft. became our third permanent software development partner.
Within the organization of Gép és Gépelem Kft, two major machine industry divisions were established: Manufacturing (machining plant) and Automation (comprehensive implementation of industrial automation projects). We have significantly expanded the equipment pool of the Manufacturing division (spark erosion machine, CNC machine). We have commissioned our first large two-robot palletizing robot cell at a major dairy company.

We created the DUSSERGroup brand so that we could leverage group-level synergies—skills acquired in managing large projects and implementing complex projects—to grow and achieve results in our markets.

We developed the Integrated Legislation System used by the Hungarian legislature, government, and local authorities, which supports the legislative work from drafting laws to amendments, approval processes, and publication. We have also developed and implemented grant management systems for several of our clients.

After the outbreak of the COVID pandemic, we developed the MVM Group's integrated OMNIChannel customer service for gas and electricity, and also launched the underlying data consolidation system.

At the request of a company in the energy sector, we commissioned two robotic central drilling robot cells. The cells feature two ABB robots for workpiece handling, and a high-performance laser engraving machine has also been integrated.

We have moved into a new, modern production hall in Szekszárd, where we are currently operating. The new facility, three times the size of the previous one, allows for the creation of a modern development environment. Several large automation projects have been implemented this year, including a 2-robot foaming robot cell, a pallet conveyor heavy roller track, and a NagelClips automatic robot cell.

We established DUSSERGroup AG, with headquarters in Switzerland and Swiss partners.
A management and governance structure independent of the owners has been established within the group. The company's “Refuge” program is launched to help colleagues who find themselves in unexpected difficult circumstances.

We are delivering our first major international automation projects in the automotive and engineering sectors, while in Hungary we have completed the automation of office technology and pharmaceutical logistics halls.
We have entered into a partnership with TULIP to introduce MES systems, further strengthening our industrial IT and AI capabilities.

We place great emphasis on innovation and product/service development – we are closing several successful projects in the AI field, primarily in the banking sector.

We successfully commissioned a significant Railway Logistics IT system developed in-house at our main contractor.
